Light level of support - similar to a sports bra. Some will be comfortable without a bra and others will want the added support of a bra depending on bust size and bust heaviness.

True to size gives a fitted silhouette. TONS of stretch. Size this based on your top/dress size, not your bust size - trust me they will accommodate all bust sizes. For reference, I am a 32H and wearing the S/M.
