How can I sign up for rewards?

How can I view my earned rewards?
You can login to your Style Points account for our website at anytime to view your earned rewards. Do so by clicking the blue "rewards" button on the bottom of the page, or navigate to the Style Points Rewards Page.
Do Style Points expire?
Style Points expire one year after they are issued. You will receive an email to your registered email account 30 days prior to your points expiring as a courtesy reminder to use them.
If I return an item, will I lose my earned Style Points for that item?
If you return an item, you will lose the Style Points earned for purchasing that item.
I used Style Points on an order that I returned. Will I get my Style Points back?
All rewards have a one time use. If you use Style Points or a any type of referral reward on an order that is returned, your Style Points are not issued back to your account.
How can I redeem my Style Points?
You must be logged into your account to redeem your Style Rewards Points. From the checkout screen, you will see your available rewards just above the Order Summary section.
Once you've reached a rewards threshold, you can choose to apply that reward to your order. You will receive a coupon code that will automatically show up in your shopping cart. If you remove items from your cart that drop the threshold needed to redeem that reward, a code will be emailed to you for applying to a future order. The Style Points are not loss - you simple enter the emailed code during your next checkout.
Remember, once you reach a rewards threshold you can use your Style Points right away, or you can wait and accumulate them to spend on a larger purchase!
Style Points cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
I entered my birthday, but did not receive my Style Points rewards. Now what?
In order to receive birthday rewards, you have to sign up for a Style Points Reward Club Account at least 30 days prior to your birthday? If you signed up within 30 days of your birthday occurring, you'll have to wait for next year to earn that type of reward.
How are Style Points calculated on a purchase?
Style Points earned for purchases are awarded based on the item price only. Taxes, shipping, gift cards, account credit and discounts are not eligible for earning Style Points.
Any rewards given for an item will be deducted if the item is returned.
I redeemed my points and now I don't want to use them? Can the points be put back?
If you chose to redeem your points at checkout, but did not use them on that order, you will be emailed a code that you can apply to any future order within one year of the points issued date. Be sure to save that email!
Referral Club FAQ
Do you offer a referral program?
We sure do! Thank you so much for wanting to share Resort To Style with your friends and family.
To earn rewards for referring your friends, simply log into your rewards account. From there, you can copy your unique code, and send it to your friends via email, texting, posting on social, etc.
If your friend has NEVER shopped with us before and they use your code on their first order, they will receive 15% off their first order and you will receive a one time code for 15% off any order as well.
I referred a friend and they forgot to use the referral code during checkout - can I still get my reward?
Referral rewards for all parties can only be redeemed by the referred and issued to the referer at the time of checkout. We cannot retroactively apply or issue a referral reward to any order.
